Hi, I’m Nicole.
I’m a senior copywriter and editor. Here are some other things about me, presented in bullet form because I think people tend to gloss over lengthy paragraphs.
I’ve written copy for websites, emails, newsletters, digital banners, social media, print ads, billboards, brochures, radio scripts, and video productions while employed at an ad agency (where I currently work full time) and for freelance clients.
I love the Philadelphia Eagles.
I’ve dabbled in standup. I think hyperbole and specificity are funny.
I like to travel, and it absolutely destroys me how generic that sounds.
I wrote my master’s research paper about how a running joke in It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia is discursively achieved. Thank you for the degree, Georgetown.
I have an extremely loud laugh. It’s best described by a quote from Catcher in the Rye — “And I have one of those very loud, stupid laughs. I mean if I ever sat behind myself in a movie theatre or something, I’d probably lean over and tell myself to please shut up.”
